Pune: The Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) successfully hosted Uddipan 2025, a national summit dedicated to strengthening India’s MSME ecosystem through innovation, employment generation, and strategic collaboration.
Held in partnership with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the two-day event served as a hub for policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs to align efforts towards building a stronger MSME sector.
A highlight of the summit was the launch of the Uddipan App, developed in-house by Ramanbyte Pvt. Ltd., with PIBM Group of Institutes as the knowledge partner. The app is designed to transform hiring in the MSME sector by connecting job seekers with real-time employment opportunities across India, enhancing accessibility and visibility within this rapidly growing segment.
“The MSME sector is the backbone of the Indian economy, and platforms like Uddipan empower this segment to grow through innovation, collaboration, and youth engagement,” said Ramanpreet Singh, Chairman of the PIBM Group of Institutes.
The summit was inaugurated by key dignitaries including:

- Uday Samant, Cabinet Minister for Industries and Marathi Language, Government of Maharashtra
- Prof. Dr. T. G. Sitharam, Chairman, AICTE
